Welcome to Hotel Clermont. By accessing this website, making a reservation, or staying at Hotel Clermont, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

Hotel Clermont is located at 789 Ponce De Leon Avenue NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30306 and is operated by Oliver Hospitality Management.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, reservation services, accommodations, amenities, restaurants, bars, and related services.

2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Clermont.

Rates, packages, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Certain rates may be subject to additional restrictions, minimum stay requirements, advance purchase requirements, deposit requirements, or cancellation policies disclosed at the time of booking.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the specific terms associated with their reservation before confirming a booking.

3. Online Reservations

Reservations made through Hotel Clermont’s website are subject to the rate rules, cancellation policies, deposit requirements, package restrictions, and booking conditions displayed at the time of reservation.

By completing a reservation through our website, guests agree to the terms and conditions associated with the selected rate plan, package, promotion, or offer.

Hotel Clermont reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel reservations resulting from technical errors, pricing errors, unauthorized automated booking methods, suspected fraud, or misuse of promotional offers.

4. Reservation Technology Providers

Hotel Clermont utilizes third-party reservation, payment processing, and hospitality technology providers to facilitate online bookings and guest services.

Certain booking and payment functions may be provided through third-party platforms operating on behalf of Hotel Clermont. Additional terms, conditions, privacy policies, and payment requirements imposed by those providers may apply to transactions completed through our website.

By using these services, guests acknowledge and agree to any applicable third-party terms presented during the reservation process.

5. Rate Accuracy and Pricing Errors

Hotel Clermont makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of rates, room descriptions, photographs, availability information, package details, and other content displayed on its website.

Despite these efforts, errors may occasionally occur. Hotel Clermont reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, availability, descriptions, or reservation details and to cancel, modify, or refuse reservations affected by such errors, regardless of whether a reservation confirmation has been issued.

In the event of a pricing or booking error, Hotel Clermont will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests and provide available alternatives when appropriate.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply based on the requested time and operational availability.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to reserve and check into a guest room unless otherwise approved by hotel management.

A valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card are required at check-in.

Hotel Clermont reserves the right to refuse service, deny check-in, or cancel reservations that do not meet these requirements.

7. Payment Authorization

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee reservations and may be authorized for room charges, taxes, fees, valet parking, incidental expenses, and other applicable charges.

Additional authorization holds may be placed at check-in and released according to the policies of the issuing financial institution.

Guests remain responsible for all charges incurred during their stay.

8. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation and modification policies vary by rate plan, package, and booking channel.

The cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be provided during the booking process and included in your reservation confirmation.

Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without cancelling in accordance with the applicable policy may result in a no-show charge.

9. Historic Property and Noise Disclaimer

Hotel Clermont occupies a historic building in a vibrant urban neighborhood and shares its property with restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, special events, and other guest activities.

Guests may experience noise, music, foot traffic, rooftop activity, street activity, private events, building systems, or other sounds associated with normal hotel operations and the surrounding neighborhood.

While Hotel Clermont makes reasonable efforts to promote guest comfort and minimize unnecessary disturbances, complete quiet cannot be guaranteed. By booking a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept the unique characteristics of a historic, mixed-use hospitality property.

10. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all applicable laws and hotel policies.

Hotel Clermont reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, threatening, dangerous, or interferes with the comfort and safety of other guests, employees, or visitors.

Any damages caused by a guest, their visitors, pets, or invitees may result in additional charges.

11. Parking

Hotel Clermont currently offers valet parking for registered hotel guests at a rate of $47 per vehicle, per night (as of June 2026). Rates are subject to change without notice.

Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Valet services are reserved for registered hotel guests and parking availability is not guaranteed.

Hotel Clermont is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or personal property left inside vehicles except as required by applicable law.

12. Pet Policy

Hotel Clermont welcomes dogs.

A non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay applies. A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted per guest room.

Cats and other animals are not permitted unless required by applicable law regarding service animals.

Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets and may incur additional charges as necessary.

13. Smoking and Vaping

Hotel Clermont is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.

Smoking, vaping, or the use of electronic smoking devices inside guest rooms, balconies, or indoor public areas is strictly prohibited.

Guests found in violation of this policy may be assessed cleaning fees, restoration costs, and other related charges.

14. Package Delivery and Storage

Registered guests may ship up to three (3) packages to the hotel no earlier than three (3) days before their scheduled arrival date.

Packages received outside of this timeframe or exceeding the permitted quantity may be subject to storage and handling fees.

Hotel Clermont is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected shipments.

15. Photography, Videography, and Commercial Use

Guests may take photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use while visiting the property.

Registered hotel guests may conduct professional photography sessions inside their assigned guest room during their stay, provided such activities do not disturb other guests or hotel operations.

Professional photography, videography, content creation, media production, influencer campaigns, commercial shoots, or the use of professional-grade equipment in any public area of the hotel requires prior written approval from Hotel Clermont.

Professional-grade equipment includes, but is not limited to, DSLR, mirrorless, cinema, and professional video camera systems.

Approved photoshoots are subject to the following location fees:

  • Monday through Thursday: $500 for up to 60 minutes

  • Friday through Sunday: $1,000 for up to 60 minutes

Additional fees may apply for extended use, staffing requirements, or exclusive access requests.

Photoshoots must be scheduled in advance and may only occur during approved time periods that do not interfere with hotel operations, events, or food and beverage service.

Requests should be submitted to the Sales & Events team at sales@hotelclermont.com and include proposed dates, times, locations, equipment details, and a description of the intended use.

16. Independent Businesses and Third-Party Operators

Hotel Clermont shares its historic building with several independently operated businesses and venues.

The Clermont Lounge, located within the building, is independently owned and operated and maintains separate management, policies, operating hours, and guest services.

Hotel Clermont is not responsible for age restrictions, admission policies, operating hours, entertainment offerings, guest conduct, products, services, or activities provided by independently operated businesses located on or adjacent to the property.

Guests visiting independently operated businesses do so at their own discretion and are subject to the policies and requirements of those businesses.

17. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

Hotel Clermont shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except as required by applicable law.

Items left behind may be handled in accordance with the hotel’s Lost & Found procedures.

18. Website Use

The content, design, logos, photographs, trademarks, graphics, and materials displayed on this website are owned by Hotel Clermont, Oliver Hospitality, or their licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or otherwise used without prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, or impair the operation of the website or its services.

19. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotel Clermont, Oliver Hospitality, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website, reservation services, accommodations, amenities, or property facilities.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Force Majeure

Hotel Clermont shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, closures, service disruptions, or inability to perform services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, utility failures, labor disputes, public health emergencies, governmental actions, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, transportation interruptions, or other force majeure events.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of Hotel Clermont services shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Georgia.

23. Changes to These Terms

Hotel Clermont reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon posting.
